I am in a good relationship, dating 7months now, other male friend who has always been a friend and only a friend made it known after I found my current bf that he was in love with me, he has caused issues in my relationship, I told him we could not continue our friendship at the expense of my current relationship, he says he understood, but then emailed me and keeps calling me beautiful and saying that I am one of a kind, what should I do?

If you are happy in your relationship, and have no feelings for your friend, then I suggest you tell your friend again that you can NO LONGER be friends, and it is now inappropriate, since you are in a relationship that you are happy with. And I'd send his emails to your spam folder, so you don't even read them and get confused. If you have feelings for your friend, you might want to consider who you'd rather be with. Good Luck

I am sure you are a 1 of a kind but it is his fault for not telling you when you were available.
The sad thing is he will not give up and the friendship will end

let him know you don't have feeling for him. Tell him you love him like a brother and nothing more. He should get the hint from that statement that he is out of the running for anything including break up or pity sex. don't ya just hate clingers??

you have done everything you can... just continue to be honest w/ your current bf about this annoying problem... if he was a good friend he would understand and back away.... its fault he made a move to late... again you are not at fault for anything... good luck to ya

Can't you have them both? Tell the "friend" that he needs to respect your relationship and set boundaries on the things he says to you. Tell him it makes you uncomfortable.
