That depends on what you're looking for. If you like dark chocolate, hands down the best bar I've had was the 66% cocoa bar from Harry and David. Milk Chocolate? You probably can't go wrong with a good old fashioned Hershey bar. White Chocolate? Gotta be Nestle.

One of my personal favorites is “Hershey’s Symphony.” A great rich milk chocolate bar. Another good one is Reese’s Nutrageous candy bar. It has peanuts, caramel and Reese's peanut butter all covered in milk chocolate. And finally is the plain old "See’s Candies" milk chocolate bar. Probably the best milk chocolate bar money can buy. Snickers is also very good.
