From what I have learned in school (nursing) that would not be a good thing to do. The "buggers" in your nose are a way of your body keeping the air entering your body clean. They are full of germs and particles from the air that can be harmful. This is one reason that many little children get sick constantly (it is not just their immune system still maturing). But you can go ask your doctor.

I read some where that some researchers do think that it eating boogers helps you immune system...gross
I think I will stick to eating healthy foods and taking vitamins

ewww.... no. I think it causes retardation. You ever see a kid eating boogers that looked intellegent?
