A spider got squeezed b/w cloth and skin ... the skin on the affected area got red, 1 x 1 cm in size, after 12 hrs the area got slightly swollen ... and now sticky exudates coming from the lesion ? Will consult dermatologist tomorrow .... I've applied topical antibiotic +antifungal+steroid preperation. and also had oral fexofenadine hydrochloride.

Excellent. you have done all the treatment. fexofenadine is a better choice than CPM ( chlorphenyramine maleate) because it has no sedative properties.
