Yes~ alot of things could happen if you kicked him in the testicles, his testicle(s) could be pushed up into his stomach where major surgery would be required......you can damage them extensively that he could never have children again let alone use it to urinate*......and Yes....depending on the damage he could die* Why would you want to know that for "self defence" ....Self defence is to Get away from the person not kill them*

For self defense, kicking a guy in the balls is the last of last resorts. Why? If you don't make the proper contact, he won't hit the floor. He will be left standing and very pissedoff at you. He will then attack back with revenge, which makes him 100% stronger.
Go learn some effective self defense moves.

If you were to crush them, he wouldn't die but you might wish he had died. Some guys would strike back but if it's an accident most guys will understand after the pain goes away.

You probably will need a doctor's attention and I don't know if they can be replaced with new ones. You may not die but you will be without balls. So defend yourself to prevent this from happening.

to be honest i dont think you can break your testicles but jut in case maybe wear a cup at all times jk anywayz if i were you i would ask a professional NOT anywayz just cover before you get kicked expect it if someone is mad at you

some can die, if they have blader problem. other wise.... it'll hurt like hell and you might rupture something. Remember to use your hip when you kick.

he will not die, but you best be careful for if you do it to someone and it is not labeled as self defense you could be in for one heck of a lawsuit.
