go to your local health shop or HOLLAND AND BARRET store and ask advise on nutrition,as for gaining fat that is'nt an option for gaining muscle..i would advise weight training in a local gym were there are always instructors on hand to tailor make a training scheme that best suites your body frame,as everyone has a different body frame the instructor's will advise you on how best to gain muscle in areas that you seem small so as not to look too big in other areas...i find MET-REX to be the best protien drink on the market..u get 20 in a box and retails at around £35-40 a box..although HOLLAND AND BARRET do a similar protien drink called PROTOPLEX this normally sells for around £35 but they have it on 1/2 price sale at present and normally have these sales around every 6 weeks..so get stocked up..happy training mate......

Just make sure your eating lots of quality protein like chicken & tuna. Top up on your B vitamins & drink plenty of water. Remember that rest is also important. Split your routines. Example, between upper & lower body. Best exercises to start with would be Press ups, Tricep Dips, Sit ups, Squats(very important for building mass), Calf raises, Walking & Jogging. Change your routines after a month so your body doesn't get used to it. You must break the muscle tissues down in different ways to help growth development. Good luck & remember no pain no gain really is true!

Well for getting muscle you need a strength training with weights... you will need some advice from a trainer cause you first need to determine what weight is your 100%, then based on that, he will adapt a specific routine for you. You will need to change your diet, having lots of protein (it repairs and builds cells.. including muscle) and really chossing a healthy diet. Doing this is all natural and safe.... now, how quick??? in a month you will see some results..
good luck
