The very worst thing you can do is stop eating! Doing that only slows your metabolism even more and can make you gain weight before you lose it! You need to eat about 5-6 mini meals per day and never skip breakfast. Do not eat fast food, cut out sodas and stay away from sugar packed snacks and fatty meals. Eat baked chicken, fish, lean meats, nothing fried. Eat lots of vegetables. Start exercising, at least 20-25 mins per day of cardio and do some weights as well to balance this out. The weight will come off, but not fast. It's not healthy to lose weight fast, i will only come back and stay on, even harder to get it off the next time you diet. Make a life style change, that is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. Good luck, you can do it!

Relax girlie. You'll get the weight off. It just won't come off fast like you want it to. Besides you'll want to lose the weight at a moderate pace(3-5 lbs a week) so you'll have a better chance at maintaining your healthy weight also taking weight off fast can screw up your metabolism. Stay away from fast food, eat a healthy breakfast, don't skip meals and move your body baby! go for a walk, ride your bike play with your dog, whatever. Get up from the computer.
Also, so you don't go completely bananas, allow yourself a not so healthy food ONCE a week. A burger or some ice cream ,just don't eat the whole container. Good luck. You can do it.

you can't loose 30 pounds fast.
eat 5 small meals a day and start walking every day.
drink a lot of water, no sodas, no sweets.
