I am looking for hairstyle websites that allow you to download a picture of your face and to try on different hairstyles so to speak. I know there are some that charge a fee, I am looking for a free one.

The Ladies Home Journal website does, you actually chose from celebrity hairstyles. You have to create an account, but you don't have to pay for it. You don't get as many options than if you do pay however.
