what is the best and cheapest way to whiten my teeth?

i did crest white strips last time, and they seemed to work pretty good. but i want more options. and i dont want to damage my teeth or make them so sensitive.

I agree the white strips do make the teeth sensitive. Maybe a good cleaning by a dentist first and check out the newest dental methods of whitening teeth.
