I take nystatin all of the time, I get bronchitis every winter and take antibiotice so my candidiasis acts up. It only works on yeasts not bacterea.
Probiotic formula is a llive bacteria culture to get your body back to normal so the nystatin will not interfere with it

Nystatin is an antifungal, so its not effective against bacterias.. but its not recommended for any medication to keep taking.
As bacterias are considered bad and good, also fungi are considered as that, Nystatin will kill all fungi, but it has a bigger affinity towards the infection "Aggregation"

Nystatin is an antifungal. It will not kill the probiotic pills as they are bacterial.

Nystatin is not efficient when orally used, it will kill almost nothing due to poor resorption. It is most efficient as a local antimicotic
