Ginko biloba is usually recommended by herbalists as this improves blood circulation to the brain. I would combine this with an intake of Omega 3 and 6 oils which you can get from any health food store or pharmachist, this will improve the reception between your brain cells, and memories will therefore consolidate more strongly.

Excercise to improve aerobic function and your body will make more use of the oxygen in your brain.

There are brain exercises you can do like puzzles, problem solving, reading, etc.
