She could end up owning your company or costing your job. Stay away - she is poison - she'll turn it around and accuse you of sexual harrasment.

There is no good way to engage in this type of fling. No matter who started it, you look like a perpetrator of sexual harassment if it goes badly. If she gets any advancement of any type on the job, it looks like favoritism no matter how qualified she may be or how hard she may have worked to earn it. If either of you leaves the job, it looks like you are running from the other person. If lightning strikes and you marry some day, one of you has to always worry about the other hooking up with some other co-worker/employee someday. There is no possible good ending.

YES IT'S BAD!!!!
I've been in many businesses and I've owned several businesses and I've never seen an employee management relationship work out right. Think about it, she will have a leg up on all other employees and they will resent it. She will have knowledge of your business that an employee shouldn't have and she can have an effect on you that other people might see as a weakness and in many cases it will be a weakness. Before long (worse case scenario) she will run your business and leave you in the cold.

Do you mean you are her supervisor? Well then, HELL no you should not be hookin' up with her. You are asking for trouble-- what happens when you break up? Oh yeah, and that little thing called sexual harrassment.
If you mean a co-worker well then this is more acceptable but you still have the potential problem of psychotic behavior after break-up as well as a possible sexual harrassment claim.

Not the wisest decision you'll probably make as an employer. She may end up claiming some form of sexual harassment if things go south. Also if things do go sour it could make for a poisoned work environment afterwards.

I have. Wasnt good because after the fling was over and he was not able to please me, I had to look at him everyday. Bad Memories right there!

I don't see what so bad with the two of you getting to gether and seeing if there is anything there. so you work together as long as you keep the relationship out side of work things should be fine....
