I explain it pretty easily. A dog will do what feels good regardless of any moral structure. When's the last time you licked your *** clean after a good poop?

Since animals and humans are very different and human's have the ability to intellectualize things, humans are held by a higher standard than a dog or other animal.

So in comparing animal behavior to humans you either need to convince the reader that we're the same (morally, intellectually, genetically) as an animal, or admit that what is acceptable in the animal kingdom isn't necessarily acceptable for humans.

It's been said, but just because an animal does it doesn't mean it's natural. Also, mankind are much different then animals, and shouldn't be compared.

Would it hurt or help the ecomony if humans started eating their own feces or throw-up like some animals? It's pretty sad that people use animals, who are incapable of critical thinking, as rationale for their own behavior.

I'm not a "religious people who say that homosexuality is unnatural", but I'm gonna give you my opinion. I think that homosexual behavior in the animal kingdom doesn't have the same meaning that human homosexuality `cause we, the human, can plan or decide to be homosexual in search of pleasure.

you have to look real hard to find such behavior. most cases are the result of unnatural confinement such as in zoos. among humans there is no procreation following homosexual behavior and procreation is the objective of the design of gender.

homosexual behavior is contrary to the design of male and female in the human body. some species can and do procreate with only one gender but not humans. among humans it is unnatural since it does not produce offspring. also consider the union of the sexual and the digestive is not in agreement with the fact that we are made in God's image and have the capacity for dignity and all our actions are to uphold and further this concept of dignity. there is a dignity to sex if the participants are mindful of this potential. such is not the case with the homosexual act which lies to the body replacing one intended function (digestion and elimination) with another which is intended to bring new life into being.

sex is intended to be a sacred act. An act of commitment, a mutual vow before God of faithfulness as a promise worthy of parenthood and decent relation among the intimate and not to be defiled by combining it falsely with alternative bodily functions. Would you serve the contents of the colon to your favorite person as a dinner? Then you know the colon is not for anything but the elimination of waste. Who really needs to say what is defiled? It is natural to know this, your nose tells you what many people cannot yet figure out by their own consideration.

If you give your son a precious gem and you drag it through the mud or drop it into a cistern is this not a deep insult?

Our Father in heaven has feelings and deep sensitivity to the dignity of His provision for us to be His children for all eternity. He demands full respect in every way for life and His order as it has been established.

I have answered a question similar to this. I mentioned more than one reason, but I am not going to repeat myself. One simple reason is:

It is against the law of nature, mainly the survival of the specie. Homosexuality is hedonistic and a waste of your seed, throwing them on a stone. You are supposed to place your seed in a land that can yield, otherwise it is nothing but vain. In addition, your justification that some animals are homosexual does not stand the debate. Those animals are the exception to the rule. It is just logical that exceptions should not prevail. We do share some of the characteristics of the animals alright, but we are human beings, civilized and far more sophisticated. Nobody like to sleep with his mother or sister, except perverts and people who are sick in their minds.

PS: I do not care about your link or where you got your information. Do not believe in all that is written. Use your commonsense and your gut feelings, though a professor in the university of bla..bla, may say to the contrary.

The Animal Kingdom is just as Fallen as Man is. All were cursed by The Fall.

Believe it or not I just called the United Church of Christ in my area & starting Feb 11th, they are teaching a course on how the Bible is misunderstood when it comes to homosexuality. Now this is a Christian Church, so the rest of them have it all wrong (in my opinion) but I'm usually right lol

One of the things that separates us from the animals is our ability to know right from wrong and free will (as opposed to instinct), to choose the course we will take. We were created in God's image. Obviously this did not mean physical image, because God and Jesus are Spirits, but rather with their personal attributes. The animals on the other hand, were not.
That is why God gave man the commission to care for the other species of creatures on the earth. Just as the spirit creatures are higher than we are, so are we above the animals in our ability to think and reason and make choices, free from instinct. The Bible tells us that it is wrong, and God did not intend for us to do such things. He gave us his Word, the Bible, to help us to know how to live in such a way that would benefit us and that would be pleasing to him. After all, he created us, so who would better know how we should live. We can choose to be like the animals, or we can follow his direction and have a happy, fulfilling life, the way he intended for us. It is our privilege to choose for ourselves which way to be.

im not sure but my belief is that if all people are sinners then some animals may be worse than others sinning as well,i have seen some animals that you could really pet and love and some that would turn on you in a blink of an eye

They don't care so long as the Bible supposedly says it's an abomination. They don't seem to realize that its occurrence in nature lets us know that it's not a "psychological glitch"... that it's a part of the "basic programming" of a certain percentage of many species. By the way, the Bible does NOT suggest that homosexuality is condemned.
