I would show him that maybe he is not "all of that" after all when he sees how other men look at you. Go out to a club or someplace where you can dance, and get dressed to kill. Let your handsome boyfriend see how other men look at you, and then don't dote on him as if he is the only man on the planet. Normally, I would say that people should be loyal to the one they are with, but when the one they are with has that egotistical "I'm all that" attitude, then they need a reality check. If a reality check fails, then give him another one. Show him that he is NOT all that by moving on without him. Anyone who has that attitude that your boyfriend has, probably does not have your best interests at heart.

Burst the bubble he calls his ego, leave him. And it wont affect him, and he;ll replace u in a minute. Ever hear of NPD,its a personality disorder and he has it.

Let him know that he isn't all that (which he probably already knows or he wouldn't act like that)...then go find a real man.
