The use the hooves and the horns too.

JELL-O is cows feet with sugar, yum!

If you've ever boiled up a poultry carcass to make soup, or bones, you know that when the liquid is cooled you get a layer of fat on top on a lot of gelatin, which comes from the bones and the cartilage. Horns and hooves take more processing than just boiling.

Jello is made from meat protein that is soluble. It is an incomplete protein. Have you ever made meat and put it in the refrigerator with the juices and later noticed that the juices gelled? That liquid is jello without the flavoring and sugar. I do not care for the artificial colors in jello. You can mae your own with fruit juice and Knox gelatin. Jello is good for you.

Jello is not that great for you. It has nothing in it except for sugar. Although it boasts about being fat-free, it is a waste of calories as it has no nutritional value.
