I ended a hook up buddy thing with a guy yesterday. I emailed him and he emailed me back saying he agreed things needed to stop. At the end he said "i hope u arent going to act weird around me in public the next time i see you"
I responded by saying "I still want to be good friends and hangout and stuff but just not sleepover at the end of the night. I hope you feel the same way."
He didn't respond and I know he read it. Does this mean he doesnt feel the same way???

well if he didn't respond to what you said I think he is finished with you. He just did'nt want to hurt you. But don't beg him to stay friends with you let,him go. I know you guys had good times together but there are more people who like you.Plus just like you came cross him you can find some one else also to do the same. That just want to be your buddy,so keep your head up and exhale. I am pretty sure you just don't want to be someone sex toy. chow

Ufnortunately, he's probably asking himself if that means you'll still sleep with him. But not sleep over. And he's afraid to ask you if this is the case, because it'll ruin his chances of having a bed/buddy/no strings attached/friend.

I would say he does agree with you and just wants to make sure your not going to make him look bad in front of friends. It's a guy thing IMO.
