Try fettuccini Alfredo. it and chicken always go great together. You can buy it in the mix at walmart. or try something like potatoes a'gratin. their great. But whatever you choose, i would like the recipe for the Parmesan Lemon Chicken. Sounds good.

A type of rice dish would go well with your lemon chicken...Spanish rice, wild rice etc...and you might want to add a separate dish with a vegetable of your choice. Check out a recipe book, they should have different types of rice dishes. Also, a Caesar salad or garden salad would go nicely with that. Have a bottle of wine or a non-alcohol beverage to serve with your meal. Oh! and don't forget dessert...apple pie a la mode or a chocolate mousse...something you know everyone will enjoy.
Your Parmesan lemon chicken sounds great. Things will turn out just fine. Well...good luck and enjoy!!!

Angel Hair pasta in a white wine sauce!
When the pasta is done cooking just add some white, lemon juice, & a little bit of heavy cream to a pan... enough to make sauce for everyone who is eating... heat & whisk adding a little bit of garlic powder to taste. When sauce is a little thick toss the angel hair in...you can add capers if you like them. & garnish the pasta with lemon rind (just grate a tiny bit of the yellow part of the lemon over the sauce...make sure not to get the white part on there because its bitter)
Serve a sald first, then the main dish and voila! You are a maginificient chef!
Good Luck & Have fun tonight! ;-)

What about herb and parm. couscous with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before you serve.
You can also make a salad, but for the dressing use fresh lemon juice and sea salt only, served with parm crisps.
Parm Crisps
REAL parm cheese shredded - not grated.
***don't use the stuff in the green shaker can.
That's it. Arrange about 1 T of parm on either a silicone baking pad, or parchment paper. Spread the cheese out, to about 3 inches in diameter.
Bake at 350' for about 2-3 min - checking constantly - till light golden brown.

Salad for the first course, followed by the chicken and rice pilaf and then dessert. If you have just the chicken and the rice no one will notice because they would have the salad and dessert to help fill them up, (Good luck) Go to foodnetwork.com, semi-homemade is a really big help (Everything is so easy)
