The metaphors dont really make any sense when they are listed like that , and I like to analyze a question before answering it.

1. A rise gets taken out- as the "wind" is taken out of the sail. This means they are sabotaged so that they fail.
2. Someone takes their cherry- Usually denotes a sexual abuse. Innocence is lost.
3. Someone takes their water.

Now that last one is a bummer. What the eff does that mean?
