Seriously...how can I get my man to not only give me more sex, but talk dirty to me right before and during sex??
I talk to him that way and he gets a smile but will not do it back, and when he tries his dirty talk is pretty lame and funny.

You need to get him in the mood more and maybe he will give you more sex. Maybe you have a larger than normal sex drive.
As far as the dirty talk...you are just going to have to accept he isn't good at it, and if it's something that you need to help you get going you Will have to find something else.
Honestly it sounds as if the two of you are mismatched sexually.

I guess (without realising it) in his mind he may not be linking talking dirty with the kind of fun and pleasure it brings; or it may be that he's kind of shy and may not want to offend you!? Does this make sense. With time and as he becomes more comfortable with the fact that you're pretty cool and comfortable with ... talking dirty; and also as he begins to let himself go wild as to the kind of things he can say to you, he'll probably be able to put lots of spunk in his talk. maybe he can email me ... & I'll give him an idea or two to think about & try out!

You need to tell him what you want. Also try reading erotica to each other. Two things can happen. Either you'll be satisfied with what you are hearing him say and not need him to make up his own script or he might get some ideas as to what to say. Maybe by reading somebody elses words out load he won't be so insecure when he says what's on his mind.
