The human body is not bilaterally symmetrical. If you look closely, you'll see that there are differences in a lot of things - eyes, ears, breasts, arms, legs - on the right as compared to the left. This is also true internally, like for lungs, kidneys, gonads, etc. - just not as easy to see!
So don't worry. You're normal.

probably because most of the time the right side of your body is more cold than your left.. the colder, the more hairy haha

if i think i know what you r talking about then it is maybe because u lay on one side longer than you do the other side
