Heaven, it exists. It is God's dwelling place, the place where all the angels live and the place from which God's rulership will reign. Hell (according to the Bible's explaination) is the common grave of mankind and it will exist for a time but once all wickedness and ungodliness is done away with, there will be no more death so hell will be destroyed (done away with) in the Lake of Fire which the Bible defines as the second death.

Heaven and hell are concepts that are fairly limited to Christianity (and, in some senses, Islam). Whether or not you believe in these religions is usually the deciding factor in whether or not you believe in heaven and hell.
I believe a more appropriate question is "do you believe in an afterlife, and do you believe that afterlife provides justice for what the dead have done during their life?" It's not religiously limiting, and offers a much broader range of potential answers.
As for your question: I don't BELIEVE in an afterlife of any sort, heavens and hells included. However, I what I KNOW is that that this is an unprovable belief, so I would hesitate to say that you should give either my opinion or that of anyone else's any consideration when working out your own personal system of beliefs.

Three Heavens (not everyone will receive an equal reward)
2 Cor. 12:
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
Two hells (1st hell will deliver up the dead in it, after they have paid for their own sins because they refused to accept Christ paying for them, 2nd hell for the devil and those that followed him and they won't be getting out.)
Rev 20:
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

They both exist. Think about it, if there is a place for good people to go as reward for living their lives in a good way then shouldn't the same be said for those who lead sinful lives. You do the crime you pay the time.

Of course they do otherwise how will people be judged based on their actions during their lifetime and how ill those who have done good and not been rewarded or those who have been falsely accused or blamed get their rights. the Quran says "Will the Ones who do and the Ones who do not do be equal". It is like equalizing success to those who study and those who do not study. those who pass th e test will go t Heaven and those who do not will fail to Hell. god is the Greatest Judge of all and it is the Punishment and Reward Concept

If you believe it's real then it is. But the truth of the matter is it's a nice story to help some through a hard life, or it's just your excuse for not living life.
Amen
