Here you need a heat exchanger. Preferably shell and tube. You run water glycol in the tube and steam in the shell taking two or three passes. Condensed water from steam is collected from the shell and the water glycol can be cooled by a fan exposed to the atmosphere by using a natrual or a mechanical cooling tower. You can design the HE or pick one up from a catalog.
