i talk to alot of people and can make friends easy but they turn out to be mean, not there when need it, but i will be there for them.

all i want is to make a good female friend it seem to be imposible.
with guys i have no problem.

My closest friends were always guys. Girls would get "catty" or jealous or just plain bitchy. With guys they just seem so much more "real". Stick with the guy friends. Make girl aquaintences, just know you'll never be "tight" with a chick....

Yea I relate, a long time ago I learned that women just dont generally make good friends, now guys are great I actually admire the friendships of men and wish to be a part of that kind of close relationship. There are a couple women throughout my life that I consider friends but there are very very very few that actually end up being a true friend, usually at one point or another they stab you in the back or arent there for you. My point is just that its sad but true and you myaswell get used to it now and just know it ahead of time, and dont waste your time anymore even getting started with them anymore just get what you can out of it and remain who you are inside, meaning stay kind and do what you want for others expecting nothing in return, just dont let them run over you unless you allow it. Its a rough lesson in life but its essential, also a huge disapointment ya know , one more thing women are to concerned with either taking your man or doing things behind your back I personally dont trust any of them and will not have a woman in my life around my husband for any reason maybe occationally a couple but thats it, good luck Kim

Totally! I have so many more good guy friends than girls! The girls don't turn mean, but we somehow lose the connection and drift away! I do go shopping, drink coffee and gossip w/ girls, but I like nothing better than sitting on a bench in the park w/ boys, drinking beer(legal and socially acceptable in my country)doing nothing. Boys are a)more chilled and b)more respectful of people's opinions.

No, but I can understand your frustration. I have an equal mix of close guy and female friends that I hold dear to my heart....they would do anything for me and me for them.

Sometimes you just have to be more selective in who you choose to be you friends...not the opportunist but the storm rider.

The Opportunist will always say YES to nights out where you pay for everything, but disappear in times of crisis and need.

The Storm rider will come through and hold your hands on dark days, bring you food when you're sick and call to check in on you when they don't hear from you.

I'm blessed to have storm riders in my life and I hope you find some too.

If you are a girl, then it s normal that guys are there when you need because it works great in that way.

Concerning girls it is different, I think guys have more interest to be available for you when you need than girls.

People that are never (all the times) there to help you when you are in need can't be regarded as friends.

Yes I have a hard time talking to females because that always think that you are jealous of them are something like that. I can talk to men and be the best of friends with them but girls are different they are mean.

Uh very much so. It takes practice, alot of it. Still have it in me. Just maintain a safe distance, do girly things and eventually it will turn into a good friendship.

Sometimes guys are better friends than girls cause they are not jealous and messy. Your girl friends are not good friends cause something about you perhaps they are jealous of or maybe you are not moving fast enough for them.
