i watched some thing like that on Legally Blonde right this moment. Bruiser & yet another male Rottweiler have been humping one yet another whilst Bruiser became in a freakon doggie skirt! (he's a boy too). & this woman yells at Elle Woods & the Rottie proprietor "your canine are gay!" it became hilarious!

Most of the time it is a symbolic expression of distaste of you or something you said or done.
Rarely would anyone with the slightest mentallity mean it literally. It is vulgar and very ugly!
