Like, guys and girls might need and appreciate different things to feel loved. What things does a guy need?
A girl needs lots of affection, genuine compliments, support, trust....to feel loved (just named a few)...

Guys are just as complicated as girls on this one. Different guys really do need different things. Some things that would be common to most guys though would have to include: feeling needed and wanted, feeling like his opinion counts and being about to trust you. Guys talk about this stuff less than girls but still need to hear it too. Telling him you love him is important, but showing him is even more important. Remember too, if a guy really likes you he will want to provide for you and make you happy, so let him know when he's doing a good job of those things.

Guys need just about the same but what I have found a lot of times is that women are so busy trying to get me me that they don't give the very thing that they desire. Ironic isn't it. I mean how often does a woman buy a guy gifts just because, or say hey baby you look handsome? They are sometimes so consumed with the stereotype that all we are concerned with is the biscuit that they forget we need to feel desired as well. Did you know that most marital affairs are not based on sex? That's because women a lot of times forget to treat their men like they themselves want to be treated.

To be honest we need to feel like the world revolves around us... and more importantly sex. Women think we're just horny all the time but the bond, closeness, and intimacy we get from sex makes us feel loved because during that time it's just a me and her time.
So if you give a guy lots of sex (or a better word for the ladies is intimacy) he will feel extremely loved.

A guy needs to feel like she supports him, trusts him, is loyal to him. A guy also needs to feel needed and appreciated for what he does. (So when a woman brags about how "independent" she is, a man thinks, "Oh, she doesn't need a man. I'll go look for a woman who does.")
