I'm on a concencration (something like a fast) and we can't eat meats, sugars, coffee, or carbs. Only Vegtables and fruit. Do you know any good recipes or have any suggestions on what I should eat??

Actually, all fruits and vegetables contain sugars, and lots of them are quite full of carbohydrates...potatoes are a perfect example. And wheat, which is technically a fruit, is one of the biggest sources of carbs. But I assume you mean no Processed Sugars or Carbs.

Most any fruit or veggie can be "dressed up" in unusual ways, to make it less ordinary. How about slicing thick rounds of zucchini, brushing both sides with olive oil, sprinkling on some salt, etc. and grilling it? Or doing the same thing with mushroom caps? For dessert, you can do the same thing (minus the salt) to some sliced pineapple, or even some sliced melon. Just make sure the grill is really, really hot...you just want to get some nice grill marks, before the moisture has a chance to vaporize.

Try to have some simple salads (tomatoes, salt, olives, mozzarella and olive oil). And eat fruit more when you are fasting. Even we all know that fruits contain sugar.

make a yogurt smoothie. Yogurt, ice, fruit of your choice. Blend and enjoy

maybe try some soy meat, its all natural and soy is a plant so its a vegetable and can be found at any grocery store. you can get soy burgers, soy meatballs, soy sausage and soy (you guessed it) milk. soy foods are high in protein, no carbohydrates and low sodium. try it!
