My sisinlaw don't talk much, she's this wannbe spanish , fake green eyed contacts girl who thinks she's spanish because she married this spanish guy...she thinks that she is because she lies and says she is, plus she has a dominican flag on her keychain and in her car..
I on the other hand don't care much about all that junk, but still dress up in a simple way...now she never talks to me much and it's just weird that we see eachother and don't get along... what can i do to change this, keep in mind if i ask her somthing she just answers it bluntly...she never wants to go shopping with me, or even if i say wanna hang out..it's alwasy no i'm doing something...
besides i have alwasy wanted a sister since i am an only child....

How do you have a sister in-law if you are an only child? Or do you mean you are the only girl? But I have sister in-law troubles too. One is just well...retarded. Thank goodness she left her husband and I don't have to deal with her anymore! And the other one, my husband's little sister, annoys the heck out of me! She is younger,and thinks she is hot and knows all the best beauty tricks. You know typical kid stuff. But I didn't like it when girls acted like that when I was that age. Really I didn't like girls at all when I was growing up. And still don't like them now. Well, most of them anyways. Good luck, I feel ya. Just ignore her. She would probably be a lousy friend anyways. You are better off without her!

Well it sounds like you need to move on. She probally dont want to hang out with you because you know who she really is.
