Well not quite,
Short story:Went to Planned Parenthood with my friend. She was getting information. We are walking up the front steps and a man protester grabs her arm and pulls her into a big crowd. I follow suit and he starts questioning us and it was really annoying. We remained mute and he was like a maniac getting angry. So i start arguing with him to let go and he starts making me look like an unintelligent person by arguing facts with me and I couldn;t answer because I didn;t know info on pregnancy things. Then he insulted us. My friend was wincing and pulling her arm away. The guy starts precaing to us saying Lord save you like we are on our way to an abortion-fest or something. well i spotted a couple of officers and motioned them over and I told them that he was harrassing us. The officers took hold of the man and got my friend released from he bondage. He got a nice lecture but my friend ended up with a bruise. Beware the radical protesters.
What you think about it.

This is disgusting. I have had a similar experience at Planned Parenthood. These people think too highly of themselves to assume that whatever they do is appropriate.
I'm appalled that you and your friend had to get the attention of the police and get them to come help given the way you were being manhandled. Besides pressing charges against the protesters you should press a case against the police. You might not get anywhere but somebody's gotta say something.

Sounds like a scary thing to happen especially to your friend. If that were me I would kick the man in the man hood then scream and freak out till the police came to save me from him.
I think the man should have known better then to harrass a innocient stranger. I hope his minister finds out about it and gives him a long lecture on politeness towards woman.

I think the man should have been arrested for assault. I am against abortion but I also know Planned Parenthood is not just for abortions. He was totally out of line and had no right to touch her or anyone else. He only has the right to freedom of speech at that time.
May God Bless you.

I think that a shot of pepper in the guys eyes and he would regret his decision to protest that day. Don't ever let your self get into that situation. He is forcibly holding you from where you want to go. You have no idea what his intentions are. It is reasonable to assume you were in danger, at that point he can do what ever you think is reasonable to get away. You should always chose to use that power. You will protect your self, and protect the next girl who is detained by this person.

I think that there are times in life where you are obligated to fight, even as you face certain destruction. If a protester grabbed my friend, I would have fought the crowd with unabridged ferocity until she and I were free or I was dead. You failed to act.

Wow, I would have suggested pressing charges. That kind of behaviour is inexcusable. Freedom of speech is one thing, but that is physical abuse. I would reccomend getting some pepper spray or something to that effect, cause if those offficers hadn't been nearby, I shudder to think what might have happened.

I'm against abortion, but I'm also against people doing that sort of thing to other people for what ever reason. if this guy has ax to grind let him do it at home or we'll all turn into uni bombers and terrorists. press charges.

Our Constitution legalized PEACEFUL protest. If it's anything but peaceful, you have every right to have him arrested.
Why do others try to force their opinions on us? What did he think would happen? Did he think she was going to say "You're right! I've sinned, my brother. Help me repent!"
