if u have to pronounce words displayed on web pages then the web browser OPERA will do the job install opera and then download the voice binaries then ur job is done
in addition to this u have talking dictionaries ,microsoft encarta etc.
and if u r connected to the web then refer to msn dictionary where pronunciation is also facilitated
