I think Benny Hinn is a great servant of God. I attended one of his private leadership meetings, and the man loves God, backs everything he says with Scripture and gives God the credit for everything.

A man I dated last year knew Benny Hinn personally.

When I first saw him on television, I was skeptical, because there are many false prophets out there, but, rest assured, Benny Hinn is not one of them.

What you look at when you are listening to a servant of God.
1. Does he back everything up with Scripture?
2. Does he give God the glory?

But, don't just stop there. Research everything the speaker says, because satan twists God's Word all the time, even ever so slightly.

Why would you say that someone who is winning millions and millions of souls to Christ has a demon? I've been to see Benny Hinn preach many times and I have never heard him say anything contradictory to the Bible. The reason why you see so many people get healed and fall under the power at his crusades is because the people that go believe that they will get healed. They don't arrive at a Benny Hinn crusade expecting not to get healed. Mark 16:17-18 says, "These signs will follow THOSE WHO BELIEVE... they will lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."
The way you know if someone is of the devil, is by knowing 1 John 4:1-3, which says, "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world."

and also Matthew 7:15 - "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them."

When millions of people are coming to know Jesus Christ as Savior, that's what "good fruit" means. The Holy Spirit is so real, and is still working miracles today.

John 14:12-14 - "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it."

No demon.
Just a huge ego and appetite for the finer things in life.
