Faith in God, is not something you can muster up with all your might, it is a gift. You must repent of your sins, in the name of the Father and son by the power of the holy Ghost you'll be saved through the Blood of Jesus. This is the begining of faith and is required in order to receive the Holy Ghost. This is what you are required to do.
With the Holy Ghost you will know what to do,when you pray, He is faithful and true as well as Just.

Well, either God exists or He doesn't.

If He does, and the Bible describes Him accurately, then all things are in His hands whether we grant Him that or not.
If He does not exist, then He has no hands for us to put anything into.

Trusting God means walking by faith, and not by sight. However, God doesn't expect your faith to be "blind" as some suppose. He promised that if you seek Him diligently you will find Him, that He is able to manifest Himself to you. You will not need to see Him with your eyes or feel Him in the natural sense in order to trust Him.
God will not give you everythng you want, or remove all pain and trouble from your life, but He also will not let you down. I tend to think it takes a certain amount of spiritual maturity to fully understand that. Until then, I suggest that the more you seek to know Him, the easier trusting Him will be.

God is worthy of Trust, but you have to have experience to know that. However, He does expect us to do our part in many given situations. Some outcomes, however only He, can and will produce. Revelation 16:14 & 14, Reveleation 21:4

It really depends on what you are asking for. If it is for your good or your well being, then yes, God will never let you down. If you have invited Him into your life, He will never leave you or forsake you. He will prove Himself to you that He is real. It only takes a mustard seed of faith ( belief ). He knows you by name, not as just another being on a planet. God sees a much broader picture, then we can see. What you ask, may not be in His plans for your life, so trust him even if you don't get what you ask for, I guarantee, he will have something even better than what you ask for!

This is why religion is so dangerous. Some people think that critical issues like global warming and the war on terror should be left for God to resolve. When the responsibility is removed from the person and placed on God, bad things start happening.

That's a good question, one that possibly has no answer to it. I think that logically, since God gave us free will, it is imperative that we also make decisions for our life.

I think the question can be asked as a sort of rhetorical question, such as, "would God want me to do this," type of thing, but in the end, I believe it is our own choice that leads us to act.

god will help you if it is in his plans for you. you cant expect success all the time. he wont pull you through life free of all worries, but he will be there for you when things get rough. as for not knowing if hes real or not, that's just what faith is lol, believing in something when you have no reason or proof that it is really there or not.

This seen or felt thing is a Christian trojan horse. We all know of things that exist that cannot be seen or felt, that has nothing at all to do with the fact or otherwise of gods existence.
