At the last count there were something like 40 different versions of this show airing across the globe. You'll need to specify which one you are interested in.
The email address for applications to the UK show was dond@endemoluk.com, but that was back in November when the last call for contestants was made, and even then you would have been joining a queue of 80,000 people. Appplication forms can be returned (with a photo) either by email or post. The minimum age is 18. Auditions are then held at various locations across the country. Not many make it. I am still waiting for the phone call after sending in my form. I am not hopeful.

They only take the most insipid greediest people they can find...so the producers usually stake out laundromats and pyramid scheme seminars at the local Best Western.
