I've been on vacation for a week and a half and 2 days later caught a bug. It's been 5 days and although I feel better I'm still congested. How much longer, for public health sake) should I wait before I go back to the gym?

I should have said, I was on vacation for 9 days and sick for another 7 (I have a ton of sick hours at work)

Until your all better, recovered. You don't want to get anyone else sick and besides it won't do your body any good if your fatigued.

Until you get well completely, you should not workout since the body is using lots of energy to recover. If you workout at that time, that will only make u more harm than good. We always skip workouts even if we hav had sleepless night let alone sick. So, get better quick bfore u hit the gym, bro. U will surely lose muscles if you go hit it now.
