I am one of those (hetero) women. No, I have no desire to be a man or change my sex, even though I feel like men have an easier time of it in the world with everything from sex and menstruation (none! what a fantastic idea!) to careers. I am also not attracted to women in the slightest.

And honestly, since I don't have the urge to reproduce, there is absolutely NOTHING great about being a woman!

But it is who/what I am and I'm comfortable with it. Sorry I could not give a fancier answer!

I love being a woman. Have you ever seen a man get a door opened for them just by smiling? Or see a woman's face light up when a man calls her sweetheart or something like that? Or how about the ability to withstand the kind of pain that men would fall over dead at (childbirth!!)

Men are so clueless.

Why is it that strong women are regarded as mannish?

Nowadays, what does it mean to be a "woman who tends to act like a man"?! I mean, look at the so-called "metro-sexuals": Men who are more attuned to appearance and clothing than are most dudes, but are not gay. Are they accused of being womanly (I don't know; perhaps they are)?

Sexual suspicions based on out-dated, anachronistic beliefs are cruel and dangerous. People grow and evolve, ferchrissakes, and so do mores, customs, behaviors, and attitudes.

You were born a woman why change yourself when you can receive male positioning without changing who you are or what you look like

I like being a woman. I just don't like not having all the social advantages that men do. As unfair as it is, there are certain upsides of womanhood (especially if you're attractive) that can get you far.

No, I LOVE being a woman, even despite the negative aspects that come with it. The only "manly" thing about me is my sense of humor. It's quite vulgar, thanks to my brothers and male friends. I love being feminine, and wearing lacy underwear and being taken care of. I couldn't be a feminist if I tried. ;-)

Just don't ever call me a "broad" or I'll have to smack my bi tch up. ;-p

the only reason why i wouldn't want to be a man is because i cant stand women, being a guy is easier you don't get a period or give birth, but i stay as a women because i get to wear heels and nice dresses****
