does chocolate make your calcium level drop?

my teacher said so and i'm a chocoholic
is it time to give up my addiction?

No, if anything it'd go up slightly due to the milk content. At least in milk chocolate.

Chocolate does contain a chemical called oxalate that combines with calcium so that it is not absorbed. If your are in a growing spurt, give up the chocolate milk where the calcium and chocolate are coming in together.
