I personally do not like goat's cheese. Anytime i have tried it, it tasted like soured milk smells. I suspect that in order to really enjoy it, you probably would have needed to be exposed to it while growing up.

Goat's cheese tastes different from cow's milk cheese, at least I think so. Goat's cheese is very creamy, but not overly sweet. I love it and buy it when I can. It can be a little bit expensive, but it's by far my favorite. I'm not sure about the health benefits, but I would imagine it would be healthier for you. I don't know for sure though. I recommend trying it to see how you like it.

I really like Norwegian goat cheese, gjetost. It doesn't taste like any cow cheese I've ever had. You slice it very thinly and put it on Kavli flat bread. I don't know about any health benefits because I don't care. I just like the taste.

The texture is less smooth than normal cheese, like a moist paste made from powder almost.

For a really different cheese experience I recommend fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese.

It is very different than regular fresh mozzarella. It tastes like a hamburger in the texture of a cadbury egg.

Good for a laugh, and with California Cabernet.

I think it tastes foul. As does goats milk. Had them both in Greece. Not sure about the health side of things. Sorry.

But lots of people seem to like it!

Yepp I even have, yet purely very few circumstances and not tasted it for agess noww!! he he hees <3 i think of that it tastes JUSTT spectacular to me it could look to suite properly with Greek foodstuff, working example having a attempt with salad exceedingly with olives and likewise eating it with Greek bread plus i do no longer opt to have a style with the pizza although. reality... goat cheese is kinda like cream cheese, yet much less assailable and somewhat tangy, very scrumptious. it is large on salads and that i could think of this is large on pizza too. maximum grocery shops have an "international" cheese island and this is gaining popularity so which you need to be waiting to discover it. The programs might properly be small, so purely look properly, or ask in the event that they convey it.

Goat's cheese can be tarter, richer and smoother than cow's milk cheese. Goat's milk is supposedly easier on your stomach than cow's milk.

Goat's cheese tastes like it was made from rotten milk. It has a very bitter after-taste. It is very creamy, but I think it tastes rotten.
