can i say ( yesterday night ) ?

No it is LAST NIGHT indicating the simple past.Yesterday can be used as such i.e.Yesterday I went swimming at 7pm.or Last night I went out with my friends.

There's nothing wrong with the phrase, but it would be more common to say either "yesterday evening" or "last night".

Not really, yesterday is day time. night is night it is last night.

You could, but it is more proper to say, "last night".
