Kinda more like this one except it's of Kelly Clarkson and she's so ugly that it may make the hairstyle look ugly too.

It's called a "French Twist" and is really easy to do (no ratting required). Here's directions for you:

Rat all the hair you want up in the bubble, in case you're not sure what ratting is you take a comb and hold a strand of hair up then using the comb start at the ends of your hair and brush down to you scalp, it'll look like a mess but thats what gives it the bubble or what I call poof. then when you have a lot of poof you smooth the top carefully not to lose your poof but just to make it look smooth maybe better to not poof the hair that will go over the ratted part so it'll be easier to smooth then clip it in the back! And POOF! you look like Hilary Clinton, I mean Hilary Duff!

You Can put ur hair half up then pull down the hair tie about an inch down from where you put it then go underneith the hair tie and pull a little section on the bottem to push the hair tie up. it hard to explain if only i could draw it out lol but when u pull the lil bits under neith which pushed the tie back where it was it will poof up the top part which is probably what your looking for then spray it with hair spary or give it something to make it hold its shape.

That is done by teasing the layers underneath to create the "pouf". You can use a teasing comb or even a toothbrush to create this effect. Then just smooth the very top layer and hairspray it.

section your hair-the part you want up. put a little tease thru the top and smooth the front hair over it. use lots of hairspray, and if need be-a few extra bobby pins.

Well go to a hairstylist and show her/him the picture of Hilary duff and there you go hun. If you want to do it yourself try it a few times, be patient until you get what you want. Good luck!
