I think because they are bitter, nasty, and jealous in the first place. It is their nature waiting to come out at any old time.

The world is a nasty place at times, with a fare amount of nasty people, who's goal in life is to be nasty. Sad but true.

It's just psychology. Lots of people are narrow minded and prefer to judge rather than find out what is really the case, and it's even easier to do that when you don't know the person you are criticising.

unfortunately its human nature! Jealousy is one of those things that some ppl have more than others but we all have a certain amount in built into us and sum ppl deal wi it better than others x

Jealousy is that great big GREEN MONSTER. It doesn't matter if u know them people make judgments no matter if they know u or not. They usually are jealous of u because of looks, knowledge, boyfriend looked at u for 30 seconds. It doesn't make logical sense but that is reality.

If you mean why, its probably their fear of the unknown!
If you know someone well, you know their good points and their flaws. If you don't know someone, you have no idea if they even have any flaws...they could be perfect, which can make some people feel a little bit on edge. In retaliation to this, it is easy to be mean and intimidating, to make them feel better about themselves.
They have yet to grow up and be sure of themselves. x

Because they are insecure and lacking in self-esteem,so if anyone is better looking than them,appears more intelligent than them they get jealous.Everyone they see is a potential threat to them.

My theory is that they are insecure and narrow minded so pick a "fault" with how you look etc to make them feel better about themselves......
