Which one whitens better and doesn't ruin your teeth?

crest whitening strips are far off better than listerine whitening. Its stay on your teeth longer than listerine mouthwash.

The strips. The mouthwash doesn't work to whiten teeth, doesn't stay in mouth long enough.

listerine may cause cancer many mouthwashs do.
you are better off using the strip

none of them going to ruin your teeth, but strips will help maintain whiter color if you have perfectly straight teeth and your teeth are flat
