of course you should contact Embassey first. There are lot of programs that will help you to get US visa like Work and Travel, Camp USA, Work and Study and AuPair. There is an age limit though. But you can always try to get turist visa, work or student visas. Contact your local embassey.

Contact the nearest US Embassy/Consulate, fill in the correct visa application form and attach all necessary documents, along with relevant fee. If you meet all the requirements you would definitely get visa. Millions of people from all over the world visit USA. There is no discrimination.

Antis suck is lying. For one thing you can get a green card through the diversity lottery which 40,000 people win a year, allowing them to come and bring their spouses and young children. There are also tourist visas, work visas and study visas, as well as being petitioned by a relative. Antis suck is just trying to pretend it is ok to come legally by saying if laws are hard or impose limits, they should be ignored.
HE should be ingnored, on this point, at least.
About a million people are allowed in legally each year. However, a bunch of these are family of people already here.

I suggest you fly to Mexico or Canada and just cross the border from there.
It is impossible for anyone to immigrate legally. The US only allows 10 people a year to get visas.
