Not a big fan of guys, but I prefer shorter women.
You'll find most women prefer taller men and men prefer shorter women for many various reasons, but speaking from a evolutionary viewpoint, it is because shorter women seemed younger and therefore more fertile while taller men were seen as better providers.

I'd say a little shorter than average. For some reason (I'm married now to someone who fits this description), I was always drawn to guys who were within a few inches taller than me (I'm 5'5") with dark brown hair and kind of country. It's weird, all the men in my family are at least 6 feet tall. I thought 6 feet 2 inches was average until I was about 10.

It isn't that big of a deal breaker to me if he is short but I do like a man that is a little taller than me. The reason being, if we go out somewhere like to a nice restaurant, or out dancing and I want to wear heels I don't want to be towering over him. I dated a guy (for 2 years) that was the exact same height I am. That was a problem with us. Neither of us cared to much about it but it was a little awkward sometimes to hold hands, dance or if he wanted to put his arm around me or something.

I am a taller than average girl-I am 5'10. I always date men that are taller than me. I think its kind of old fashioned, but I like to feel "safe" when with a guy. Plus, the shorter guys I have dated are very insecure about it, and tend to have a very cocky attitude and short temper because they think it compensates for the lack of height.

In my opinion, I don't think height really matters. I always rememeber a phrase, it's the confidence and the characters that counts. 'He is bigger than he is in life'. It's the aura around him that make him bigger than he is in size.

i like them taller then me because i dont want to bend over for them.....plus guys are supposed to be taller then girls...it just looks better

i'm tall so i'd rather go with someone who's about my height or those who are taller.
