The squirrel cage induction rotor is the most commonly used AC induction motor. It's use in some household appliances as well as big commercial motors and applications. It has acceptable characteristic curves and behaves linearly under normal operating conditions.

All industries use it.It is a vent fan system for heat ,air,exaust fans.

It's also in your car, used for the heater blower.

And look in your house heater. There's probably one there too.
