You can use your own bodies weight and resistance if you don't want to use weights - though it may take longer to see results. One exercise to do would be to...

stand with feet should width apart and knees slightly bent

lift arms up out to your sides (like you are making a T)

keeping the elbows inline with your shoulders bend so your forearms extend up

this is your starting position

using your bodies resistance squeeze your elbows together infront of you and then press them back to starting position

you have to imagine you are pressing your arms though water to build up the resistance and make sure you are not going too fast

You cant you need the weights to put your chest muscles under stress so they get smaal tears in them when you are not training thes tears heal and over time this makes your muscles become bigger to cope with the extra work
