if someone has was arrested on 01/22/2006, how do i find out what their charges were and their bond

They would find out when the courts get around to arranging the court date. Then the person would be sentenced to a crime, and the punishment would be stated after they are convicted.

Go to the sheriffs office or court house and check the public docket. It's available to the public. I'm not sure if it'll list the amount of bail.
