I'm visiting LA in March and I want to find a good hotel between $100-$140. Any recommendations? Breakfast included, and free parking would be beneficial....

More importantly, should I find a place to stay in the hollywood area or the beverly hills area? Or perhaps San Fernando valley? I don't want to be far from tourist attractions, but I also don't want to be in a seedy area.

The attractions in LA are spread out all over the city. If you want to be right in the middle of everything, I'd suggest you stay in West Hollywood. It's not as pricy as Beverly Hills and not touristy during the day/dead at night as Hollywood. Affordable hotels are the Ramada, Best Western Sunset Plaza, Grafton on Sunset, Valadon.

There's a Crowne Plaza on Beverly Drive, just down the street from Rodeo Drive and all the fun shopping and restaurants in Beverly Hills. West Hollywood is fun if you like people watching and want to be close to the uber trendy Melrose shopping. You can also stay somewhere in Santa Monica to be close to the beach (there's a Radisson & Holiday Inn there) and 3rd St. Promenade.

You probably won't find many places in LA that offer free parking, but I'm sure some do offer breakfast. Have a great trip!

The historic Hollywood Roosevelt is a lovely hotel in your price range. While it does not have free parking, it is within walking distance of all the Hollywood attractions and is across the street from the Hollywood/Highland subway station, from which it's a short ride to downtown. Hollywood is also quite centrally located, just a short drive from most things of interest in the area. While the eastern part of Hollywood is a bit dicey, the area around the Roosevelt is rapidly gentrifying. There are also several other hotels with similar prices nearby.

Another place you might consider is South Beach (Manhattan Beach/Hermosa Beach/Redondo Beach), just south of LAX. While this is a fair distance from most of the attractions, it is a lovely area with many reasonably priced chain hotels.

Torrence isn't that risk-free so beware. beaches in Orange u . s . a . are very staggering so which you're able to defenetly circulate to Huntington sea coast and newport sea coast or laguna sea coast. additionally try Zuma sea coast in Malibu. I truthfully have been to Redondo sea coast yet I observed boats and stuff so I in no way went to truthfully sea coast, and that i do no longer think of the water may be the superb. additionally try santa monica pier. Redondo sea coast is extremely strange place and that i do no longer think of travelers circulate there the two. it extremely is one in each and every of those places that possibly make experience on a map yet truthfully you're remote from the happening places. Torrance used to have (possibly nevertheless has) the biggest mall in california, yet I ve been to that mall and it extremely is kindda old. i could say the superb place to stay while you're in l. a. is a few solid hotel on sunset (regular hotel) or Westwood ( W hotel). So it truthfully relies upon what you desire to do in a while yet i do no longer advise Redondo sea coast or torrance as your base camp...only too a techniques from each and every thing. in case you reside in Orange County (Huntington sea coast or Laguna) then you certainly can somewhat circulate and notice Anaheim and perspective's stadium. yet Anaheim is amazingly a techniques from l. a....with site visitors it extremely is a competent 1hour 20 minutes. the superb thank you to holiday in l. a. or OC is to shrink your self to the two l. a. or OC and then only circulate to l. a. or OC in one day. Redondo is kindda interior the middle yet you will no longer get the earnings of the two l. a. or OC.
