It would be Illegal for police to give tickets of police those privately owned throughfares too. It is Illegal for a Foreign Entity to own any parts of American Infrastructure in the United States Constitution and Bill of rights! What do you think and give the proof! Who did it?

No, because it taints the image of a "free america," but in reality it's just another step towards unified chaos.

At this point, because of our enormous national debt, foreign entities already own a great deal of America. Just like the bank owns your house until you pay the mortgage off, we are in debt to foreign entities that will eventually be able to influence the direction our country goes. Perhaps they'll claim the highways as collateral.

Police can issue tickets on private roads, just as they can arrest someone in a private home.

By the way, Why is this a Religion/Spirituality question?

This administration has been an enormous boon for corporations and corporate executives.
