That all depends on if your trying to starve yourself or your exercising. Don't diet! Just eat healthy foods and exercise everyday and your body will do the rest.

Play the nintendo wii every day for a month. That's a fun way to exercise!

It depends on your body, your hard work, and how healthy you make it. It's possible to lose 2-4 lbs a week for the average person. If you are significantly over weight (100+) and have more to lose, you could eaily lose 20 lbs with strict diet and exercise. I've had great success of the Fat Smash Diet - lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks, and low carb diets - 25 lbs in 2 months. The best way to lose weight is calorie counting and daily exercise, and long term committment. Otherwise, that 20 lbs will just creep back on.

Depending upon your starting weight, it is possible to lose 20 pounds in a month, the higher your starting weight, the "easier" it is. However, if you only have 20 pounds or less to lose, it is not only difficult to lose the weight without going into some form of starvation but it is also extremely unhealthy and the weight will just pile back on once you start eating again.

It's possible...I cut my calories in 1/2, and wasn't exercising, and lost 17 lbs in 30 days. It's less complicated to shed pounds within the starting, it can come off turbo. They are saying 2 lbs per week is the safe price to shed extra pounds, however I didn't see any unhealthy part results from what I did.

Yes it's possible but it is dangerous.

They say that 2 lbs per week is the most you should try to lose. It doesn't seem like much but it does add up after a while.

Yes - try a cleanse, just be careful some products good, others not so much.
Make sure it's one that encourages you to check with your health professional first and offers 7x24 support.

For short, Yes. But it's mostly water weight. A pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. So you in one month you would have to spend 70,000 calories to loose 20 lbs of fat. That's something around 2250 calories less every day. Which is impossible.

You only want to lose 1-2lbs a week. So you should only lose about 7-10 a month healthily.
