Sometimes when we are going through a trial or waiting for an answered prayer we get inpatient and expect the Lord to act on our timing--but the Lord does not measure time and sometimes is silent for what seems like forever (when you're going through something difficult), but He never leaves us or forsakes us and if we search the Word and pray diligently the Father will answer. It's not that we are losing faith--it's just that we are in the flesh and want what we want-- when we want it. Our tests and trials are our testimonies and we should learn to be patient in them and trust the Father to deliver us.
You shouldn't be afraid to die, if you have Jesus. We are already guaranteed eternal life because His Word says so.
