My fiance and i have a long distance relationship and we occasionally have phone sex to keep things going till we see each other again. well lately i have been sick so i figured he was on his own. Turns out hes been talkin to random woman he met in chatrooms to have phone sex with. I got angry with him and he said its not personal its not cheating. I thought it was something special we shared i didnt think it was something he shared with other woman, should i be mad or am i over reacting?

yes, you should be angry at heck! Contemplating sex, talking about sex, flirting with other women, all of those things are cheating or leads into cheating. He either wants the relationship or he can't handle the long distance thing, that is definitely hard to handle for most people, even the closest of couples. It is a test for any relationship. Ask him how he would feel if you did the same thing??????

Yes, of course it is cheating. How would you like if your boyfriend was having phone sex? I don't know about you, but i would definitely break up with my boyfriend if that was the case. If you are having phone sex with another guy, it just shows that you are not committed to the relationship that you are in. Ask yourself why you feel the need to be doing this with another guy and not the one your "involved with". Maybe you are not ready to be in a serious relationship right now.

No, I don't think you are over reacting! I would be very angry to find out my husband was doing this!! Yes, I think it's not as bad as actually cheating in person, but I still believe it's a form of cheating!! Because he was going behind your back to get pleasure from other women, even if it was just over the phone. And if he can't see this, he's not worth it!! Ask him how he would feel if you were doing the same with random men! I guarantee he would feel the same!!

U do have a right to get mad only b/c that was something special that u shared with each other. Futhermore he should be talking to anyone he met in a chatroom, that leads to meeting in person, and that leads to... well know. I must tell u that since ur relationship is long distance that just b/c u tell him to stop doesnt mean that he will. He figures that he'll stop once u move in together. Other then that he wont stop. he'll just make u think that he has. You gotta be smart and stay 1 step ahead of him. Since u know that he wont stop doing it make him think that u believe him then catch him red-handed and confront him. Good luck

I understand your anger... because given the distance, that's all you're able to do together.
Typically, I wouldn't consider phone sex cheating... I mean, no physical contact is made. It's really just masterbation with outside stimulus.
Then again, when I step back and look at it from this angle... it feels like it's a betrayal of trust... which, I imagine, is just as bad as any kind of cheating.

ANYTHING done is secret from your partner is cheating. You feel cheated on, that is all that is important. You guys need to TALK about it, not get mad or decide who is right or wrong, just figure out why it bothers you and does not bother him. Work it out, or call off the wedding.

Yes you should be mad. It is still cheating even though it's not physical. When you're in a relationship with someone you don't have any kind of sex with someone else even if it "doesn't mean anything".

when u had a sex phone with him, u felt that it's real that mean he feel the same, so be aware if he cheating to call other women in the phone he will cheat u in the real.. so don't let him, and tell him if u need sex come to me.

It's cheating in my book. Especially when it was just a speical thing that you two shared. He made something great turn nasty and horrible. You may want to see if that is all he has been doing too.
